CAMO Winglet — Maintenance Logbook

CAMO Winglet (winglet.app) is the digital airworthiness management system built end-to-end for Thumby Aviation's fleet of Bell 407s and Airbus A350s. Engineers create tech logs with DGCA-mandated fields — airframe hours, landing cycles, flight sector details, fuel and engine oil records — against each registered aircraft (VT-KSA, VT-QRC, VT-GRA and others). The Models module lets admins define aircraft model templates with ATA-chapter-mapped components that auto-bootstrap onto new aircraft. Inspections are split into Assembly (frequency-hour tracking with overdue alerts) and Component (SLL, Overhaul, and Regular Check tabs with remaining-life countdown). CSV bulk import migrated 100% of legacy paper records, cutting data entry by 70%.
